With over 15 years experience in the law enforcement software market, coupled with business and accounting degrees from the University of West Georgia, Cary has served as the President of Synergistic Software since its inception in 2005. Cary's commitment to true problem solving technologies, tailored for user satisfaction and efficiency is unmatched.
Larry joined the SSI team in 2007 as part of the acquisition of Plus, Inc, an NCIC access offering. Since that time, Larry's 20+ year career in software engineering, networking, and various operating platform environments has afforded SSI an irreplaceable team member, whose dedication to customer support is matched only by his tireless work ethic.
With a ten year background in sales and management, Shannon brings a strong desire to pair each new client with the best solution for their needs. Prior to joining the SSI team in 2016, she worked in the Public Safety industry for both Fire and Law Enforcement Agencies. She oversaw the procurement, acquisition and implementation of software systems for a Georgia Police Department. As such she understands the various stages that our clients experience while procuring and transitioning to a new software solution.
Tyler grew up tinkering with hardware and software for fun. In 2010, at the young age of 18, Tyler joined the SSI team as a Support Engineer traveling full time for installation and deployment. In 2011, he accepted a part time position with the Butt's County Sheriff's Office as the on-site IT Director. He served as an Implementation Specialist for SSI from 2013 - 2014 as the release of our CAD product began to grow in popularity across the state. He now leads our Implementation team ensuring each new system is delivered as promised.
Chelsea joined the SSI team after spending 18 years serving in both a police department and a sheriff’s
office. She is a GA.P.O.S.T. Certified peace officer with additional certifications in Communications, Jail, and Court Services. She specializes in customer relations and loves to visit and work side-by-side with LEO staff during daily operations. Her dedication in making certain every user utilizes InterOp to its fullest potential has made her an integral and indispensable part of the SSI Team.
As one of many employees with LE background at SSI, Robert came to us in 2006, having worked in metro-Atlanta policing, a member of SWAT, multi-jurisdiction narcotics, and later heading up the fingerprinting division for Delta Global after 9/11. Robert heads up our Live Scan Criminal and Applicant sales and training division.
Shawn joined SSI in early 2008, with over twelve years of LE experience with several metro-Atlanta county/municipal departments. He proudly served with the US Marines in operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield, and was class president of the 73rd GSP Trooper class. During his time in law enforcement, Shawn focused on traffic, DUI, and commercial vehicle violations.
